General Cancellations

We understand that life happens, and there may be times where you need to cancel your flight. In most cases we will honor any requests for a refund up to 48 hours prior to the flight. If your flight is within 48 hours we may charge a $50.00 per ticket fee to cancel. If you do not contact us, and do not show up  for your scheduled flight your tickets may be forfeited.

Weather Cancellations

We reserve the right to cancel your flight at any time. Weather can not always be predicted and forecasts are often wrong. While we try to give you adequate notice we may cancel right up to the point of launch. The decision and safety of our passengers is always number 1 and the final decision to launch is that of the Pilot In Command (PIC) of each aircraft.

If you are coming from a long distance we highly encourage checking the weather or contacting us before departing. We understand it can be frustrating to drive a long distance and have a flight cancel. We are always happy to reschedule for no charge if the weather looks questionable and you are driving a distance to join us.

 

Rescheduling

In the event of a cancellation, we will send you an e-mail explaining why the cancellation occurred as well as a link to move your reservation. There is never any charge to reschedule a flight that has been cancelled. 

 

You may also at any time reschedule via the link in your booking confirmation e-mail. Please be aware if you use this link and reschedule less than 48 hours before your flight we reserve the right to process a $50.00 per ticket rescheduling fee. If you are rescheduling less than 48 hours before a ride we suggerst that you contact us directly so we can understand the situation.

Online Gift Cards

Gift Cards purchased through our website are a great way to give a balloon ride for a special occasion and let the recipient schedule at a later time. These gift cards are purchased and handled through our booking company. Currently there is no way to process refunds on gift cards. You can however give the code to someone else to use.

Transfer Of Flight Tickets

If one or more of your party members are unable to join us we highly encourage bringing someone else! Please simply contact us to update the name(s) of the guests that will be joining us. 

 

Updates to Cancellation Policy

We may make updates to this Cancellation Policy periodically without notification. We will always post the current policy on this page. Please refer to this policy when necessary to check for updates.
